What are the qualifications?

To qualify, relevant skills corresponding to the position applied for are needed. Educational attainment and previous experience is not necessary but is a plus factor.

What are the requirements?

Your resume is basically the only requirement that we will initially ask of you. Once you qualify for the position you’re applying for and you accept our job offer, we will give you about a month to submit your employment requirements, which include government numbers, health documents, an NBI clearance, etc.

Where are you located?

Our office is located at JESA ITC Bldg., General Maxilom Ave. Cebu City. The building is right across National Bookstore Mango Branch, near Fuente Osmeña Circle. Parking slots are available at the basement of the building.

What are your operating hours?

All available vacancies require you to work the graveyard shift. (12 midnight to 9 a.m. for Sales Agents, and 9 p.m. to 6 a.m. for the other positions.) We operate from Mondays to Fridays only, with fixed weekends off. We work during most of the Philippines holidays and receive double pay or 30% additional pay. We also get paid days off during US holidays.

Do you offer work-from-home setup?

Unfortunately, all our available positions are office-based. Don’t worry, we have a very conducive environment to help you with productivity. We also have free shuttle pick-up service depending on your location.

When can I start working?

If you qualify for the sales agent position, you will have to undergo two weeks of training. An assessment will be done afterwards to determine whether you’ll be accepted for the post or not. A training allowance will be provided to help you with your daily expenditures.

What is the interview process?

After your initial phone interview with our HR associate, you will be scheduled to drop by our office for a face-to-face interview. If you are not from Cebu, we can accommodate you via Zoom. Our HR department will contact you once you qualify for the post and inform you of the next steps. For the sales agent position, trainings are done by batch and only starts once we reach the number of qualified candidates.

I am not from Cebu, do you offer relocation assistance?

For applicants who are not from Cebu City, we offer relocation assistance which covers your boat fare or airfare to Cebu City and  free accommodations for the first two weeks of your stay until you are able to rent a place for yourself.
