Creative Media Marketing Shares Heartwarming Moments 

at Everlasting Hope

A Day of Joy, Creativity, and Compassion

Creative Media Marketing has long opened its heart to organizations that share in the mission to help, cultivate, and promote betterment and hope within the community. On July 13th, 2024, as part of their Hope in Motion initiative, the Creative Media Marketing team paid a visit to Everlasting Hope, a sanctuary for children battling cancer, safely tucked away in Happy Valley, Guadalupe, Cebu City.

The day began with an exchange of warm and bright smiles, setting a tone of tenderness and joy. After an inspiring welcome by Everlasting Hope’s Public Relations Coordinator, Aissa Edralin, the children and the team gathered to create colorful crafts and heartfelt greeting cards, which were later heartily received by the children’s doting families.

Kerwin Malinao, the CEO of Creative Media Marketing, then led the group into prayer, sharing a touching speech about hope, faith, and healing. He reminisced how this was the company’s second time spending the morning with the kids, and mused at how fulfilling it was every time. Malinao further expressed his thanks to the organization and offered his prayers that they may continue to be blessed, and that they stay steadfast in their passion and heart for helping.

 

Months prior to the visit, the company had organized a flea market at their office, with proceeds supporting Everlasting Hope. Donations included egg cartons, sacks of rice, and food platters for the children and their guardians and caregivers. Gift boxes filled with art materials, vitamins, and other essentials brought smiles to the young faces.

The program ended with an exchange of goodbyes and till-next-times. As most of the team behind Creative Media Marketing were parents themselves, they deeply resonated with the struggles and demands faced by families in order to support, nurture, and provide for their children with cancer. This visit reinforced the importance of looking to the God Almighty for strength, as it is He who hears prayers when all may seem dark and hopeless; and for sustenance, for both mind and heart during challenging times.

Everlasting Hope continues to open its doors to children below the age of 18 battling cancer, offering a place of refuge and joy.
