Leadership is a calling. And when one is called to lead, it’s important to be equipped with the right skills and mental fortitude to fulfill the role in the best way possible.

That’s why CMM arranged for a fun and educational seminar for the captains of our ship—team leads, supervisor, managers—to reignite the leadership spark within them. Conducting the seminar was Mary Rose Velasco, PhD, a renowned expert in the field of corporate team building.

We laughed, we cried, and we renewed our vocation to be effective leaders of the company, ready to take on exciting new challenges.
